DELIVERY
For weekday deliveries - Your order will be delivered between 8.30am and 5.30pm
We deliver throughout the UK and offer a range of delivery options including; Standard service (Monday to Friday) and Saturday morning. Let us know your preferred delivery day, and we will do our best to make your delivery as seamless as possible.
Once we have received your order we will contact you to arrange your delivery. Your order will be delivered on a pallet by a lorry with a tail lift. Your delivery will be unloaded kerbside, from the vehicles parked location as close to your property as possible. The driver will not drive onto your property. Please ensure that someone is at your property to accept the delivery unless delivery instructions have been provided upon placing your order.
Any aborted deliveries are 100% chargeable. On the day of delivery, we can upon your request, provide you with an approximate delivery time. Please contact one of our team on or contact the courier directly using the number supplied on your delivery e-mail.
Please note that there will be a re-delivery charge of £40+VAT/pallet for each additional delivery attempt if there is no one able to receive the delivery or the delivery is unable to be left safely.
Please note – it is your responsibility to ensure the delivery point is suitable for delivery as per our information. Should your order need to be returned/cancelled, please be aware that a charge of £50+VAT/pallet will apply.
For Saturday morning delivery - your order will be delivered between 8am and 12 noon.
